At Urban Climb, we offer a range of options for
under 18s. From one-off
casual visits and memberships, to fully facilitated
squads, there is something to keep everyone occupied, challenged and
amused.
Geckos: Primary School Age (5 – 12 years)
Our “Geckos” program is aimed for children
between 5 and 12 years of age and runs on Saturday mornings from 8am to 10am for members ONLY. At this time on saturdays, we are open exclusively to cater for our
primary school aged climbers. This term-length program is designed specifically
for youngsters. Through climbing-oriented games and exercises, participants
are taught skills which will not only assist with climbing development,
but also enhance their mental acuity and physical capabilities.
Please Note: Sunday casual Geckos has been cancelled for term 1 2008. Saturday Geckos will run as per usual.
Cost: (Includes one bottle of water, shoes, harness,
chalkbag, entry, instruction and safety supervision).

can cater to everyone. Learn technique and build strength and flexibility
under the guidance of qualified coaches.

Remember: there is no minimum (or maximum for that matter!) age to
be eligible to climb at Urban Climb. Rather it is question of whether
or not we can fit you or your child securely in a harness.
